Boo to you, Michelle!
I don't mean to scare you, I'm just so excited you'll be attending
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year. Beware of hitchhiking ghosts and treacherous villains during
Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade. Even the sky gets a good scare during
Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular.
While everyone's in
costume during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you'll want to pose for some shots with a Cinderella Castle backdrop as well as party-exclusive Magic Shots.
New for this year's Halloween party are event-exclusive step-in photo opportunities. The good news is that all
Disney PhotoPass photos and videos, including those taken on your Halloween party day, are available for download with a Memory Maker purchase.
Memory Maker is my family's favorite Disney souvenir because it gives the gift of priceless pictorial memories of our Disney days.
To answer the second part of your question, Michelle, pictures captured by all nine members of your family throughout your park days can be viewed and downloaded with a single Memory Maker purchase as long as you are all connected as
Family and Friends in My Disney Experience and sharing media. Let's go over what that looks like online. Click on the name of a person in your
Family and Friends list and click "Update." In the "See which plans <<person's name>> can see" area, make sure the "My DisneyPass Photos" box is clicked.
The person to whom Memory Maker is officially
linked is the only one that can see unwatermarked photos in their
My Disney Experience mobile app and download the photos, which expire 45 days after they're taken. When viewing Disney PhotoPass photos in the My Disney Experience mobile app, click the three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen and "Photos." Up at the top, click "Filter" and make sure "View All" is selected under "Family and Friends."
In the parks, your MagicBand, PhotoPass card, or personal QR code can be scanned by a Disney PhotoPass photographer. To access your QR code, click "Link Photos" in the "Photos" section of the My Disney Experience app, then click "Show PhotoPass Code."
I hope the Disney PhotoPass photographers capture you having a ghoulishly good time in October. Hurry back to planDisney with any other trip-planning questions. We're dying to help.
Happy haunting,
Jennifer
