We are coming in Oct. 2014, 4 adults & 3 teens & baby. Will each magic band for each person have meals allotment or will main adult in each room have all meals. We have 3 rooms. Or will kids have to buy own meals. We are on Quick service dining p

    Hi Leika,

Wow, you sound like you are planning a large magical vacation! My compliments to you on selecting the Disney Dining Plan for your gathering. It will simplify your large party's dining experience while saving money at the same time.

The answer to your Disney Dining Plan question is dependent upon how your vacation package reservation was made.  In order for you to have a definitive answer, you will need to call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone number listed in this link and inquire if your vacation package is one or multiple reservations.  Please have your confirmation number(s) handy to speed the inquiry.

Each Guest in a vacation package will have the entire snack and meal credits for everyone in their vacation package reflected on their MagicBand. If you have more than one reservation, then each reservation will have their meal plans separate.

Either way, in most cases children do not have to go with you to the counter to order their snacks or meals.  Whoever has children on their reservation may use their MagicBand to redeem the children's meal or snack credits. When I am vacationing with my family and ordering a quick service meal, usually my husband takes the children to find a table while I order and pay for the food using my MagicBand to redeem our entire party's credits.  However on one occasion my niece was dining with me but was on my sister's reservation.  In this case I did bring my niece with me to the counter so she could use her MagicBand to redeem her meal credit.

Thank you for your question and please let us know if we can help you with any further vacation planning questions.

    Blessings,
    Brenda ºOº
