Greetings, Dusti!
Thank you for stopping by
planDisney to ask us a question. I’m so happy to hear you’re planning to spend some time at the
Disneyland Resort!
If the Guest you’re bringing to the theme parks has a valid disabled parking placard to display in your vehicle, please follow the posted signs or ask a Cast Member at the toll plazas for the best
parking option for you. If a disabled parking space is not available when you arrive, a Cast Member can direct you to a space as close as possible to an elevator at the parking structures or to bus transportation at the Toy Story Parking Area.
When you park in the Mickey & Friends or Pixar Pals Parking Structure, tram service provides transportation for all Guests to the Main Entrance Esplanade between
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. This greatly reduces the walk from the parking structures to the theme parks. Guests with their own mobility devices, such as an Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECV) or wheelchair, may also use a complimentary Shuttle Service to the parks from the tram loading area. At the Toy Story Parking Area, there are buses that provide Guest transportation to the Main Entrance Esplanade.
I hope this information helps, Dusti, and that your trip to The Happiest Place on Earth is pixie-dusted to perfection! Feel free to
write back with additional questions as your planning continues.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
