    Coming in November. We are staying at two different resorts and have bought our six day theme park tickets. If the bands are in use how does that work with staying at two different resorts? Thanks!

    Hi Susan!  The timing for the new Magic Bands for use by all Disney guests is still to be determined. They have continued to do extensive testing and will not release it across the board until they are sure it is working smoothly. That is for everyone's benefit although it is exciting and we all can't wait for the full implementation of this technology.

    If this should be in place in November Disney will walk you through the process needed when changing a resort. There will not be a penalty as there is not now and you will be able to use bands over again.  Prior to your arrival date they will notify you if the process will be used during your vacation with instructions and if not just continue as you always have done for your Disney vacations. It will be here before you know it!
