Hi, Sally! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It would be my pleasure to advise you on how to fit as much magic as possible into your park days!
Even though you will not be getting in until the afternoon on your arrival day, you still have plenty of time for fun and could visit a theme park if you wish. If you are hesitant to use a
theme park ticket when you do not have a full day, there are lots of other fun arrival day options. My family and I often visit
Disney Springs on the day we arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort. You could also check out the pool and restaurants at your
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.
For your three full days in the parks, I recommend you do some resEARch on the Walt Disney World website. Deciding on everyone's must-do
attractions can help you decide which parks to visit. If you wish to visit all four theme parks, adding the Park Hopper option to your tickets will allow you to visit more than one park in one day.
As for special events, the
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will be taking place during your visit. Also, the dates for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party were recently announced, and the first party date falls within your vacation days. These two events are among my own personal favorites.
Please stop by and visit us again with any additional questions you might have. See ya real soon!
