Coming this Nov. Staying at Pop. What is the best way to get to the Chi and Dale Campfire. What time does it start and what time should i leave to get there on time? Thank You for all your help!

Hi Rebecca! Once again when heading from resort to resort you must give yourself more time then normal as there isn't an easy or direct way via Disney transportation.

Your best bet is to catch a Downtown Disney bus and transfer to a Fort Wilderness bus at that location. You could also do the same by heading to Epcot but for your return you would have to catch the Downtown Disney bus as Epcot would likely be closed at that point.

Once you arrive at Fort Wilderness you will then transfer to an internal bus and the orange route is the most direct. If you have any questions just ask the internal bus drivers and they are always very helpful. Make sure you let them know you are needing to go to the campfire and they will tell you which stop to get off at.

The campfire times change at different times of the year but right now it is at 8pm nightly followed by a movie. The campfires are lit at 7:30pm so you can toast your marshmallows before the show begins. I would give yourself an hour and a half to reach this destination. It sounds like a lot of time but you have to give yourself a cushion for waiting for buses and since you will have to make two transfers it is important you have that extra time. If you arrive early you can shop in the trading post or walk through a loop or two to see decorations etc.

I hope you enjoy this great show!
