Coming in nov., have stayed at pofq 2 years ago. Looking to book for me, hubby and 4yd, 6ys. Por or csr??? Try something new or stick to the familiar? Thanks, love the panel!

    Hi Ashley,

Both resorts are great, so you have a tough decision! If you are going to stay at Port Orleans again, why not try Riverside. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful, especially the new, Royal Guest Rooms. They are a bit more per night than a regular room, so it would definitely be a splurge.

Coronado Springs is nice. Like Port Orleans, it's huge, but because it's so spacious it has the feeling of a rather quiet resort, especially if you stay in the Cabanas. My husband and I stayed there recently, and there were times it was hard to imagine that major theme parks were only a short bus ride away. It was truly relaxing.

Really, the amenities at both resorts are very similar. I would decide which resort grounds you like best and go from there. My personal nod is to Port Orleans Riverside.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
