    Hi We are coming in Nov 2011 and have a 2 bedroom villa booked for 10 days we would really like to stay at animal kingdom now even if we could change rooms for a couple of days is there ever any cancellations? and what is the best way to find them? thank

    Hello, Brad!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    You will be happy to know that, in the past, my family has been able to stay at a resort of choice due to late cancellations. I do have to say that you will need to continue calling to check for any availability.  Let me put it this way, we have literally been in line at one of the parks and continued calling in to check for cancellations.   This is how we have been lucky in the past.  So, the key is to keep calling and calling and calling.  Should a room become available, they will be able to rearrange your room reservations.
