Hi Melissa,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The
Disney Deluxe Dining Plan is now my family's favorite dining plan. On this plan, we truly savor food experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort!
When you check-in, all of your meal and snack credits will be loaded to your account. You can use them in whatever order you see fit. So yes, if I understand your question correctly, they do carryover until they expire at midnight on the day your scheduled checkout. When you dine at a restaurant, the cast member who serves you will deduct the total number of meal credits you have used from your account. Just be sure to track your total number of credits remaining. We typically do at least two
signature meals when we are on the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. One of our favorites is Cinderella's Royal Table. For that signature meal, the cast member deducted eight meal credits from our account for my family of four.
Prior to the last trip where we had the Deluxe Dining Plan, I made all of our dining reservations and then calculated the number of meal credits we would use. I wanted to be sure that we did not run out of credits before the final meal. Since we wanted to get the maximum value out of our dining plan, we only did one or two quick-service meals. All of our other meals were table-service. We also did quite a few
character meals. I must say, we became the dictionary definition for SPOILED. We never worried about food. It was tough coming home and having to cook!
Melissa, I wish you many delicious dining experiences on your trip!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
