We are coming next week and wondered if this is a busy time of year for the parks. We have kids with special needs and were curious how long to anticipate wait times for the attractions.

    Hi Courtney,

You're coming during a very good time for lower crowds!  September is typically less crowded.  After Labor Day most family vacations are over since kids are back to school.  You will wait on lines, but it won't be anywhere near the busiest times of year; i.e., summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas.  You are going to have a wonderful time, and the weather is going to be a little cooler too.  Still tshirt and shorts weather, but less humid.

Have a magical trip and thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
