Hi we are coming next week for our 7th trip & I am looking for the best possible dining with views of fireworks at Magic Kingdom, as we are celebrating 2 weddings, 2 50th b’days, all delayed due to Covid!! Need your help please, thank you 👍

Hello, Jon! I love hearing you are coming to the Most Magical Place on Earth with so much to celebrate. COVID wreaked a bit of havoc on a lot of plans, but the clock has not struck midnight. There is still time to have your dreams come true.

For the best possible dining with Happily Ever After fireworks, my first recommendation would be California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort. I had the chance to enjoy all of this with the planDisney Class of 2024 and the memories instantly carry me back. As a Florida girl, I love all the local seafood, cooked to perfection. The views are spectacular! Reservations for dinner during the fireworks book quickly. If it's too late to get one during this time, no worries! If you have dinner earlier in the evening, you can return to watch the fireworks from the Observation Deck. Just head back to the Check-in Desk and they can escort you to the best views.

Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa offers coastal cuisine with waterside dining and a view of Magic Kingdom Park. This is a favorite of many of my friends and is now on my list to try on an upcoming trip. Any restaurant that offers Shrimp & Grits (a Southern favorite) as an appetizer has to be divine!

Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is home to another favorite: 'Ohana. The menu at 'Ohana takes you to a Hawaiian island. It is a very different vibe than California Grill or Narccoossee's. Located in the Great Ceremonial House, 'Ohana is a celebration. You can enjoy the fireworks at 'Ohana or you can walk outside to the beach by the Great Ceremonial House for a very tropical evening.

And let's not forget the princess of the ball: Cinderella. You can dine inside Cinderella Castle and join Disney's finest royalty at Cinderella's Royal Table. The restaurant overlooks Fantasyland with views through stained glass windows. The entrees are great, but The Clock Strikes Twelve dessert is truly icing on the cake.

If you are unable to get a reservation in advance, you can look on the My Disney Experience app the day of your visit and see if a Walk-Up Waitlist is available.

There are additional options for a special celebration including the Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Parties: Seats & Sweets events. For a truly unforgettable celebration, you may want to look at the Enchanting Extras Collection. There are so many ways to honor the special moments in our lives with a bit of Disney magic!

If you have any other questions as you are planning your special event, please come back to planDisney. We are celebrating with you!

    Cheers!
    Jana
