Bonjour!
Welcome to planDisney, friend! Thanks for stopping by with your question about your visit to Disneyland Paris this summer. If you ask me, it is never too early to get those suitcases down from the loft and start packing!
I have stayed at
Disney Newport Bay Club many times when visiting Disneyland Paris. It is a beautiful New England inspired hotel, with nautical Disney touches throughout. I actually visited recently with my pal Lizzie to film a full tour of the hotel, which I have linked
here for you.
Disney Newport Bay Club offers accessible rooms across the Standard, Lakeside, and Compass Club categories. These rooms feature roll-in wet room showers, grab rails, fold-down shower seats, emergency pull cords, and transfer space beside both beds and toilets. They also offer step-free access to key Guest areas, including reception, lounges, and
restaurants. Over at the Nantucket Pool, you will also find accessible changing rooms.
Disneyland Paris takes accessibility very seriously. I have linked all of the relevant information
here for you, as I think taking a read through this before you visit may really help. In particular, I recommend taking a look at the Priority Card and Easy Access Card to see if you meet the criteria for either of them. If you have yet to book your Hotel + Ticket Package, reach out to Disneyland Paris by phone on 03448 008 898 to ensure an accessible room is secured for your stay.
While staying at Disney Newport Bay Club, I highly recommend taking a break at the
Captain’s Quarters lounge. It is one of my favourite places to relax with a coffee at Disneyland Paris, with a lovely view across Lake Disney. The coffees here even come with a little extra magic, featuring a Disney character printed on the top. You might just get Captain Mickey!
I hope this helps answer your question about your upcoming vacation. If you have any further questions as you continue to plan for your summer visit, please
reach out to me here at planDisney. I’d love to help!
See ya real soon!
Matt
