Coming to MVMCP & my daughter is a celiac. Aside from the Allergen Free cookie bags at each station are the free beverages gluten free also, and are there any other treats/ drinks that are gluten free during the party that she could purchase?

Ho-ho-ho! Hi there, Michelle! Thank you so much for bringing this question to planDisney. I'm really glad you asked, because making sure your daughter has safe and delicious options during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is so important. The party is already such a joyful, festive experience, and knowing she can enjoy the treats without worry makes the night even more magical.

During my most recent visit to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, I asked about the complimentary beverages specifically, and I was told that the apple cider served at the treat stations is gluten free. It's always warm, cozy, and perfect for strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. beneath all the sparkling lights. However, since ingredient lists aren't included in the official Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Foodie Guide, the best approach is checking with a Cast Member at each treat or quick service location. They can always confirm ingredients and cross-contact procedures on the spot.

In addition to the allergen-friendly cookies and treats (which are wonderful for peace of mind), there are often other treats available throughout the party that can work for Guests with celiac disease. Because offerings vary from year to year, and since special event menus don't always list allergy details in advance, your best strategy is to ask for the allergy-friendly menu at each snack spot you visit. Every location offering specialty party treats will have allergy information available upon request.

One thing I really appreciate about Disney is how well-trained the Cast Members and chefs are when it comes to food allergies. They'll walk you through what's safe, what can be adjusted, and what might be best to skip. You can also ask to speak with a chef at any table-service restaurant during the party if you plan to dine before or during the festivities.

Michelle, I hope you and your daughter have the most magical time sipping cider, enjoying the snowfall on Main Street, and soaking in every beautiful moment of the party. Christmas at Magic Kingdom truly feels like something out of a storybook. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and more than happy to help here at planDisney!

    Warm hugs,
