We Are coming for 2 Months and would like to join our 3 conformation # so we can stay in one Preferred site at fort wilderness as our Daughter is handicapped. and we need to be close to a washroom. How do I do this?

Dear Bruce! Welcome to my husband and my favorite place....Fort Wilderness Campground. We love to spend a couple of months ourselves at the Fort every fall.

We also have several reservation confirmation numbers because you can only book for a 30 day block at a time. When you check in you just let them know you have continuing reservations and you will not be moved for the duration of the time you are there. You will need to come to the check in desk at the beginning of each reservation to obtain a new magic band (or order those on line and get a new color perhaps) and go through the check-in process again. It is unfortunate you must do this but Disney is simply following state laws about securing permanent residency.

As far as being close to a comfort station you can make this request on line if that is how you have booked your reservation. You can also call and make the request. The best way is to fax the request about two weeks before you arrive and explain why you need to be close. When you check in again ask if the site you were assigned is where you need it to be. From many years spent at Fort Wilderness I know they will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and magical.
