Hi I am coming there Monday for my Sisters bday one of my three children qualify for the DAS pass and I know its short notice but can I connect with someone to get the pass online before I come on Monday. I'm assuming it will be busy.

    Hi there, Sabrina,

Guests of the Disneyland Resort who have difficulty with traditional queues may be eligible for the Disability Access Service (DAS). Eligibility for DAS is determined by an interview with an authorized Cast Member. This interview is usually done in person at a Guest Relations location. If your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort is at least two days away and no more than 30 days out, the interview can also be done in advance via video chat. To request a live video chat, visit the DAS registration page. If you are interested, here are some additional details about the video chat interview for DAS registration.

Tony’s Tip: If you will be requesting DAS registration in person during your visit to the Disneyland Resort, you may find that the wait time at City Hall in Disneyland Park or the Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park is longer than hoped. Hakuna matata! You can visit any of the Guest Relations locations throughout either park for DAS registration. Simply find a location with little or no wait and speak with an available Cast Member there. They have mobile devices to scan a theme park ticket and activate DAS for the eligible Guest and up to five additional members of their party.

Tony’s Tip Times Two: You may have already discovered that the Disneyland mobile app is an essential tool when visiting the Disneyland Resort. This is even more so for Guests registered with DAS. If your mobile data plan doesn’t happen to have coverage in the United States and you don’t plan to “Be Prepared” with a temporary mobile phone SIM card to use during your vacation, again, hakuna matata. You can still have the “Best Day of [Your] Life” by taking advantage of the available WiFi access points located throughout the Disneyland Resort.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Sabrina!
