    Coming mid-October and dying to dine at "Be Our Guest" if it's open then! What is WDW's usual procedure when a new restaurant is opened? Are ADRs possible before opening, or just old-fashioned walk-ups? Would it be on the dining plan right awa

    Hi Rayne!

    I'm in the same boat as you ... dying to know when this fabulous new restaurant is going to open for ADRs, and if it's going to be open in time for my own September vacation!

    I was just on the phone with Disney Dining today about exactly this, and unfortunately even THEY are waiting patiently to find out more.

    What I can tell you is that YES - the restaurant most likely should part of the Disney Dining Plan as it's a Disney-owned and operated dining location. The restaurant has been slated to open in "late 2012" with no concrete date yet available.

    The best information I can give you for now is to keep waiting patiently, check back with us as often as you wish, and keep an eye on such places as the Disney Parks Blog and Walt Disney World site for news and information as it becomes available! There's been speculation as of late, that ADR availability may be just around the corner, but no official word from Disney to confirm that yet.

    It certainly looks like an amazing place to dine and I look forward to trying it out myself!
