Coming in midJune! Is the crowd as bad that time of year as Christmas? I know the volume will be high;but Christmas was unbelieveable!! We postponed our trip from the 1st week in June to midJune due to G. Pride week, hard to explain to young ones. Thanks

Hi, Melody!  Christmas week is by far the busiest time at Walt Disney World!  It seems like everyone always has the great idea to spend Christmas at the theme parks - and it is an absolutely magical time to be there!

There are still some schools, especially northern schools that have taken snow days off during the year, that are still in session in mid-June.  While you are going to definitely see an increase in crowds due to summer vacations, you won't see the number of people you had at Christmas.  It should be manageable, especially if you use Fast Pass and try to do things at off peak time - like eating lunch early or dinner late; or skipping the parade in favor of doing some of the rides.

    Have a great trip!
