    We are coming mid-December 2008 - should I even worrry about waterpark admission or will it be too cold? also, I noticed that Dec. 13-Dec 19 ( when we're coming) was not highlighted for best times - will it be crowded then?

    Hi Jessica.    Let me start by saying that Dec 13 - 19 should be a relatively quiet time at Disney.   I have visited a number of times in mid-December and have found this to be a great time to visit.   Not only do you avoid Christmas crowds that start pouring in later in the month, you get to enjoy all the holiday activities. 

    As for whether its worth to visit one of the two waterparks in December, I can say that for many it is a bit cold.    I live in Florida and by that time of year, I don't typically find myself in the water much.  However, if you are a real water lover and don't mind braving the cool temperature outside, there are still plenty of folks who do choose to visit.   Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon are lots of fun if you are up to it!
