We are coming in May 2017 staying at the Beach Club with Garden View. Where in the resort can we request that is close to the pool area? Also, is there a mini fridge in the room? We have stayed at the Beach Club 13 years ago. Can't wait to go back.

    Hello, Amy,

What fun to be returning to Disney's Beach Club Resort!  At the resort, there are many Garden View rooms that are not too far from Stormalong Bay, the main pool of the resort. To help you decide which room you'd like best, you may actually want to visit the independent website Touringplans.com and a do search View of Disney's Beach Club Resort. From here, you can do a search for the type of room you have reserved and what you'd like such as a first floor room or one close to the lobby.  Then, you can actually click on the rooms and see the view or a nearby view of the room.  So not only can you see how close the room is to the pool, but also the view of it.  Please know, however, that there are no guarantees with room requests.
Also, all Disney-owned resorts now have small refrigerators in them, so you'll be set.

Wishing you a fantastic trip!  Please let us know if you have any further questions. -Kara
