Coming in May, first time for brother (54) to DISNEY. He is not into rides at all, so thinks it may be a waste of money (which is tight for him) coming to Disney. Help... what can I say to him to convince him it isn't about the rides. Thx Moms + Dads

    Hi Roxanne,

My parents have been going to Walt Disney World almost annually over the past five years.  There have been trips when they don't ride a single ride.  To them, the Walt Disney World experience is not about the rides.  It's about the gorgeous resorts, beautiful landscaping, spectacular food, and overall Disney atmosphere.  I'm sure your brother could fill an entire week with activities at Walt Disney World without actually riding what he would consider to be typical theme park rides.  Does he golf?  Would he enjoy visiting culturally diverse pavilions from around the world?  Is he a fan of steam trains or race cars?  There is so much to do at Walt Disney World.  Perhaps if you tell us more about your brother's specific interests we could make more personalized suggestions.

With a little faith and pixie dust, I predict your brother will become a big fan of Walt Disney World after his first trip.  You are a great sister for helping him to plan his trip!
