Hi Eram,
Magic Kingdom is my favorite theme park to visit with preschoolers because there are so many attractions that do not have a height requirement. To help you plan your day, follow this link to view
Magic Kingdom attractions without height restrictions. You will notice that I have chosen to view only Magic Kingdom and have set the height filter to any height. You may choose to set further filters for thrill level, interests, age interests, and accessibility & advisories. I also recommend measuring the height of your 3 year old daughter and then selecting her corresponding height filter to view which additional attractions she can enjoy.
What you can expect for your day is nonstop fun! Your whole family can go together on rides without height requirements and you may use the
Rider Switch Service for those rides in which your son and/or daughter cannot ride. Weather during the end of January can vary quite a bit, so my advice is to bring layers of clothing which can easily adapt to the changing environment. According to weather.com the average high temperature in January is 72º F and the average low is 50º F. Since frequent rain showers are common to central Florida, it is also a good idea to pack rain ponchos for your whole family (including one for the stroller).
Have a Magical vacation Eram! Please let us know if you have any further vacation planning questions, we are always happy to help.
Blessings,
