We are coming the last 2 weeks of August and I am considering pre-purchasing the disney photo pass. Since this is rainy season, do think it is a good idea? Would hate to pay the $99.00 and then not get many pictures due to the weather.

    Hi Samantha,

Rainy season in Florida is not the same as our "rainy season" here in Canada.  We will have rain pretty much non-stop for a couple of months, but in Florida it's different.  Their "rainy season" is not a constant or consistent rain every day like we have, but rather thunderstorms each afternoon which last only a couple of hours.

You can pretty much count on having thunderstorms (tropical downpours of rain mixed with thunder and lightening) for a few hours in the afternoons on most days, but you will not have all day rain-outs during your August vacation (keep in mind that you are going during hurricane season and in late August you do have the chance to experience a hurricane.....fingers crossed that you don't though).  You will most definitely find many sunny moments in August to take lots of great pictures.  Hope this helps!

    Best wishes,
