    Coming in June of 2018 and trying to decide if a Dining Plan is cost effective for us (2 parents and 11 yo daughter). Plan on a couple character meals/buffets and then quick serve type meals.

     Donna, I'm so excited to see you have a visit to Walt Disney World Resort planned for June. June is my family's favorite time to visit, and we're big fans of the Disney Dining Plan. We appreciate its convenience, flexibility and cost-effectiveness. 

     For each Guest, the 2018 Disney Dining Plan includes the following for each night of their Resort package stay:
    • 1 Quick-Service Meal
    • 1 Table-Service Meal
    • 2 Snacks
    • A refillable drink mug (for refills at any self-service beverage island at a Resort hotel)
     If you are planning on a couple Character Dining Experiences for your upcoming vacation, then yes, I believe the Disney Dining Plan will be cost effective for your family. My family likes to plan at least three Character Dining Experiences when we visit the Walt Disney World Resort and we've found there is especially great value in the Disney Dining Plan for these types of meals. There is even greater value when you book a dining package like the Rivers of Light Dining Package, which not only includes a delicious meal with Donald Duck and his pals at Tusker House Restaurant, but also guarantees you premium seating for Animal Kingdom Theme Park's nighttime spectacular, Rivers of Light!

     We have also found incredible value in the Disney Dining Plan with Quick-Service locations like Be Our Guest Restaurant (for breakfast and lunch) and Satu'li Canteen. 

     Gosh, I think I've worked up an appetite now just thinking about all the incredible food you'll enjoy at Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks for stopping by, Donna!
