We will be coming June 21-June 29. Can you tell me what the typical crowds are like?

    Hi Kari -

In general, it gets more crowded at Walt Disney World whenever kids are on a school break. Since many kids are already out of school by that time, it does tend to be more crowded. But you can still have a great time.

To handle crowds, I recommend arriving at the parks as early as possible. They get more crowded (and it gets hotter) as the day goes on. Also, make advance dining reservations for any table service restaurants you want to eat at. For counter service meals, try to eat a little earlier or a little later than normal, so you can avoid crowds and get a table.

I also recommend taking a mid-day break at your resort. That will help you avoid crowds and you'll miss the hottest part of the day.

    Have a great vacation!
