Coming in July to WDW! Staying at POR with MYW with PH option. Any suggetstions of what I can do with my 13yo son while the girls get "princessified'? I need to do something from 9am-1pm or so.

    Hi Michael!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  Do you want to just head to a park with your son?  Otherwise, I suggest heading to a water park.  My oldest son, age 12, loves to spend his free time in Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach.  He also loves to take a Sea Raycer boat out on Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake.  In fact, he could spend an entire day on the water if I could afford it.  You might consider going to Fort Wilderness in the morning and doing some of the activities there and then renting a Sea Raycer for an hour.  You should also consider fishing.  You can go out on a boat on the water or do cane pole fishing at Fort Wilderness.

Another option is to head to Downtown Disney and do DisneyQuest, which is basically a large arcade at Walt Disney World with some virtual reality attractions as well.  My oldest son and my youngest son, age 7, both enjoy spending time at DisneyQuest.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
