Hi Matt,

What a great plan you have ... and I have a couple of suggestions to get you started. Check out the menus for both California Grill and 'Ohana. While California Grill does offer seafood on the menu, you'll typically find beef, chicken or vegetarian options, too. You simply cannot beat watching Wishes from the observation deck, which makes this my top choice for your special evening. 'Ohana offers laid back, live entertainment, scrumptious Hawaiian foods, and a beautiful beach from Disney's Polynesian Resort to watch Wishes after dinner. It's another favorite of ours!
