Hi, We're coming on our Honeymoon to WDW and I'm trying to make dining res. What are some good places to eat that have great views of the fireworks at magic kingdom and epcot that take the dining plan?

Congratulations to you and your lovely fiancee on your upcoming nuptials Jeff.  What better place than Walt Disney World Resort to visit for your honeymoon, I'm absolutely positive that you'll enjoy a thoroughly romantic time.
My favorite restaurant California Grill also happens to be wonderful viewing spot for Wishes nighttime spectacular.  A table here for dinner gives you a practically perfect view of 'Wishes' from the panoramic windows of the 15th floor dining room or from the observation deck.  Dinner will cost you 2 x Dining Credits from Disney Dining Plan.
The nicest place for both dinner and enjoying IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth has to be the Rose and Crown Pub and Dining Room, this is especially true if you are fortunate enough to be seated outside overlooking World Showcase Lagoon; you can request this seating with a Cast Member when you first arrive at the restaurant.  The Disney Dining Plan is accepted here.
To avoid disappointment I would suggest you make reservations for your chosen restaurants at the earliest opportunity. Advanced Dining Reservations can be made when you are 180 days out from your Resort check-in date either online or by calling 407 939 3463.
If I can be of any further help to you in planning your Walt Disney World Resort honeymoon, please don't hesitate to come back and ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
