Hello there, Sandra! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question about your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort.
I'd be happy to share some suggestions for visiting Disneyland Resort with 3 groups that have separate plans but are also hoping to enjoy some time together. As far as linking up accounts for planning purposes, this is different at Disneyland Resort from what you would do at Walt Disney World Resort. There actually isn't a way to link accounts together. The good news is it really isn't needed! You can make dining reservations for meals and packages for as many people as you need on your account. You do not have to have tickets or hotel stays booked on your account to make dining reservations.
Dining reservations can be booked up to 60 days in advance which means that you now will be able to book these. I recommend you book them as soon as possible because they will book up, especially dining packages.
If you are going to be with a group and you are wanting to use
Disney Genie+, I do have a suggestion for you. To make booking Lightning Lane selections quick and easy for the whole group, I recommend that one person link everyone's tickets to their Disney account. Tickets can be linked to more than one account without any issues. When one person has all 9 tickets linked to their account they can make those Lightning Lane selections in one transaction rather than everyone trying to grab the same return time individually. I actually have my friend and her family's tickets linked to my account on the
Disneyland app for this very reason.
Sandra, thanks again for stopping by! I hope you all have the most magical time during the holidays at Disneyland Resort.
Carrie
