Hi Stephanie,
Batter Up! Thank you for dropping by the planDisney panel with such a great question. I am always thrilled to greet a fellow North Carolinian!
It sounds like you have some pinch-hitting plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort soon! As long as you booked a Walt Disney World Resort
vacation package, you should be able to log into your
My Disney Experience account and
link that confirmation number. If you purchased your theme park tickets and booked your
Disney Resorts Collection resort hotel separately, you can also
link those in My Disney Experience.
To link in the My Disney Experience Mobile App, open the app and click on the three bars at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You should see a screen that has options like "My Plans" and "My Photos." On that screen, scroll up until you see Link to Account. Once you click on that link, you should be able to link your resort hotel and/or theme park tickets.
If you are unable to link your vacation package, resort hotel, or theme park tickets online,
contact a Cast Member who can assist. Once your theme park tickets are linked, you can make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for each day that you have valid theme park admission. Be sure to check the
park reservation availability calendar as you make plans.
As you continue to plan, I high recommend that you make
advanced dining reservations. Although we used
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering on our last visit, I was grateful to have dining reservations for most of our meals. We loved using
Mobile Dine Check-in as we walked to the restaurants.
Stephanie, I trust you will enjoy your time at the
ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. We are delighted to welcome you to a world of magic. Hope you have a home run visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
