Hi Brandy,
Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! We on the panel love helping guests to plan magical vacations.
I have great news for you, Brandy. You absolutely can make reservations to dine at any Walt Disney World resort hotel. You do not have to be a Walt Disney World resort hotel guest in order to dine at
Walt Disney World restaurants. If you wanted to dine at a theme park, you would need theme park admission; however, the resort hotels and Disney Springs do not require theme park admission.
'Ohana is a great choice! The setting is great, at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. I love both the character breakfast at which you can meet Lilo and Stitch, as well as the delicious Hawaiian dinner offerings. Since you mention that you will be staying near Disney Springs, do check out some of the new dining offerings there. I very much enjoy
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', for down-home Florida fare. My family also loves the Pan-Asian choices at
Morimoto Asia.
I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Brandy! Please do let us know if you have any further questions.
