We are coming the first week of june with a 2 yr old and 5 yr old, both boys. We are doing a waterpark this year but I am not sure which is the best for our age kids?

    Hi Carla!

My family loves visiting the water parks!  Typhoon Lagoon is and always will be my favorite water park at Walt Disney World.  I love the tropical atmosphere, the enormous wave pool, and swimming with sharks!    My son, who is now 3, has been going to the water parks since before he was walking, and even now prefers Typhoon Lagoon.  Both have great things to offer, like flume rides, family rides, zero entry pools, kiddie areas and good food.

The one thing I do not like about Blizzard beach is that all of the bigger slides are at the top of the mountain.  You can either wait in line for the ski lift, which sometimes can be up to an hour wait by itself, or climb the stairs to the top, which is exhausting for little ones.  I took my son to Blizzard beach a few weeks ago and ended up carrying him up to the top a couple times.  You still have to take stairs or walkways to the top of rides at Typhoon Lagoon, but the climb is for each individual ride.

Both are awesome parks and have tons of fun attractions for each of your boys, so you won't be disappointed with either.

    Have a magical day!
