We are coming the first week in Feb. Of the Value and Moderate resorts, which has the best pool for a 3 year old? We're from MN, so if it's above 70, we'll want to swim! :) THANKS!!!!

    Hello Shanna,

Getting some pool time at the Walt Disney World Resort hotels is a great way to relax during your magical vacation. I'm sure your daughter will have a fabulous time splashing around in one of the amazingly themed pools.

In the value resorts, my favorite pool is the Big Blue Pool at Disney's Art of Animation. In fact, this is probably my favorite pool in all of Walt Disney World and also happens to be the largest one in any of the resorts. This pool has a zero entry area, a splash pad, and you can hear the music underwater! How cool is that?! It is themed after the Big Blue Ocean in Finding Nemo. Also at Disney's Art of Animation is the Cozy Cone pool with its construction cone cabanas. Keep in mind that these cabanas are first come first serve.

If you are choosing a moderate resort, I would probably say the Doubloon Lagoon pool at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort. It has a Mardi Gras theme with larger than life alligators playing jazz instruments as well as the sea serpent water slide. The colors and lively music make this pool lots of fun. There is also play area within close proximity of the pool, too. This was a hit with my little ones several years ago.

I hope my recommendations offered some great choices for you and your family. Have a magical time.
