Sapna, I can understand your desire to plan ahead and maximize the magic during your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth (I'm the same way!), however, park hours and entertainment schedules are not released until about six weeks out. I encourage you to check the
Hours & Events Calendar on the Disneyland website as your visit gets just a little bit closer. The Hours & Events Calendar is an incredibly helpful resource, not only for providing park hours and an entertainment schedule to confirm which nighttime spectaculars will be showing, but also includes attraction closure information, as well as the events occurring during your visit. Make sure you've selected your specific dates and park at the top. That said, it's important to know that the schedule can change at any time.
Just using my imagination here, Sapna, but at the time of this writing, I do see
Fantasmic! Dining Package availability on the first couple weekends of December. This might give us a clue that performances may be weekends only during your visit. All of the dining packages options are great (in my experience), but my personal favorite is
Rancho del Zocalo! The food is delicious (even my 11-year-old son was impressed!), the portions are huge, and it's an incredible value, as your designated spot is in roughly the same area as it would be if you booked a dining package at Cafe Orleans or River Belle Terrace (standard).
With a Fantasmic! Dining Package, you will receive a voucher after your dining experience to return to your designated viewing area along the Rivers of America later that night. TIP: Because the Fantasmic! Dining Package viewing areas are seating only, I recommend bringing a small travel blanket, so you have a nice, cozy spot to enjoy the performance.
