Hi Dennis!
Well, you have already made the most important first step! Starting to get a game plan together now will save you LOADS of time and money later. I am so, so happy that you have chosen to purchase the Disney Dining Plan - it is a fantastic deal! I am keeping my fingers crossed that you have already made your Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs.) If not, it is imperative that you call 1-407-WDW-DINE or go online to
www.disneyworld.com and make those ADRs just as soon as possible! I would suggest having your entire family visit allears.net, take a look at the menus and then let each child pick out their favorite restaurant. Buffets offer a lot of bang for your buck and Disney has tons of em! Since food is very important to your family, I think that you will really enjoy checking out disneyfoodblog.com - this site has EVERYTHING you could possibly want to know about dining at Walt Disney World!
Since your kiddos are still fairly young, I would absolutely check out the
height restrictions on the attractions that your kids would like to visit. If you know ahead of time that one of your children isn't tall enough to ride something that they have their heart set on, it certainly helps to know ahead of time! Sadly, I have run out of space, but still have plenty of advice! I just want to squeeze in one more website that you may enjoy - portorleans.org is dedicated to the Port Orleans Resort and has tons of great pics. Have a fabulous vacation!
Much pixie dust,
Jackie S.
