Howdy Hilary!
Welcome to
planDisney! I love chatting about dining, and I am ready to dig into your questions!
Currently, the Disney Dining Plans have been placed on pause. I always get a Disney Dining Plan for all of my vacations, but on our most recent trip, I changed things up a bit! We decided to try dining that we would not have experienced on the Disney Dining Plans. We enjoyed each experience and every last bite of each meal! I highly recommend making all your
Advanced Dining Reservations at the 60-day mark before your check-in date and trying a few new dining experiences!
Also, the
quick-service meals are a little different right now. You do not make reservations ahead of time, but I recommend browsing through the
Mobile Food Order option on your
My Disney Experience. To help maintain social distancing, you will be required to place your Mobile Food Order, and once your meal is ready, you will be able to get your meal and relax at your table. I love the Mobile Food Order option because it allows you to build your order, modify it to fit your needs, and pay for it without ever standing in line! While you browse through the quick-service options, I recommend taking a look at the menus. Being familiar with the menu will help when everyone gets a “Rumbly in your Tumbly,” and it is time to eat. You will already be familiar with the restaurants, and the process will be swift and easy!
Since there have been so many changes as the
Walt Disney World Resort is reopening to guests, check out the
Disney Parks Blog! The Disney Parks Blog is the best place to find out the exciting things Mickey and the gang are up to and what is planned to take place on the horizon to “Make Memories to Last a Lifetime!”
While you are planning and packing, if you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney! Thank you for sharing your questions with us, and we look forward to helping you again, Hilary!
See Ya Real Soon
