    I am coming in Feb 2012 and plan to pre-order the photopass?Do you get a photopass from the resort when you buy it ahead of time or wait to get to the parks and receive a card? Also, how much does it cost on average for ride photos?

    Hi Kelly!

    I just pre-ordered our PhotoPass for our vacation a few weeks ago.  If you've booked through Walt Disney World, and purchased a package, you should receive a Disney's PhotoPass card with your vacation materials.  If not, you can still pre-order the CD, and once you arrive at the parks--pick up a card.  Once you get home, you'll link that number to your pre-purchase.

    Also, make a note of the number on the back of your card.  I always take a picture of it with my phone or camera--in case of loss, you'll still have the number, and the Disney's PhotoPass folks will be able to retrieve those images for you and link them to a new card. 


    Ride photo packages start at $19.95, and the image taken on Test Track (at Epcot) can be added to your Disney's PhotoPass card.
