Hi Jennifer,
You will love staying at Port Orleans Riverside with your family. I understand the problems with taking your children out of school all too well. Walt Disney World has so many educational opportunities. At Epcot, the world tour your are talking about is a great idea, and she can talk with Cast Members from each country. Maybe she can ask them the same question and document it. Also at Epcot,
Living with the Land boat ride talks about conservation, you can even book a "Behind the Seeds" tour to learn more. Animal Kingdom has a kid's corner that she can learn about the animals more. Visit Conservation Station to see a working Veterinarian Area. Magic Kingdom has a fantastic tour for ages 10 and up. The
Magic Behind Our Steam Trains tour will teach her about Steam Engine Trains, and you will be able the Railroad Engineers for 3 hours. Pare that with a book from the Library to read on the way to Walt Disney World, and you are all set! She could write several essays on the above! I want you also to know about the
Disney Youth Groups Series. You could see if she could get into a session while you are visiting. They do have individual classes that she may attend as well. Most of all, remember that even though you are taking her out of school, you a making memories that will last a lifetime. I hope they are magical Jennifer!
