We are coming to D.W. next week. My plan is to hop on the Disney train first thing when we get to the Magic Kingdom and going straight to Tomorrowland to get started -- is this a good idea or is it better to start out on foot? Thank you!

    Hi Patricia!

The train at the Magic Kingdom Theme Park is always a fun attraction to experience during your day in the park. I have always found it a great way to sit back and relax for a few minutes when I am At the Magic Kingdom.

If you wish to reach Tomorrowland when the park opens in the morning I do not suggest you take the train. Your fastest way is to wait at the end of Main Street for park opening and then head to the right which will lead you directly into Tomorrowland. The train will actually take you a long time to get around the entire park as your closest stop would be at the Fantasyland stop near the Barnstormer attraction.

Use the feet for the fastest mode of getting to where you want to go when the park opens. After that you can sit back and take the train and enjoy some relaxation on the rails.
