    We are coming to DW in Aug 11 with a 3 yr. old. We will need to take a taxi from the CBR to the Contemporary and to Magic Kingdom on 2 dif. days due to early breakfast res. Will I need a car seat for the taxi since we won't be leaving Disney property?

    Hi Jill - my research of FL state laws indicates that children 3 and under must be in a child restraint seat.  I did not read anything about taxis being exempt.  Regardless, many of the taxis on Disney property keep car and booster seats in the trunk of their taxi for use.  When asking Bell Services for a taxi, just let them know you will need one that is equipped with a car seat.
