Hi Crystal!
Disney's amazing Transportation systems around the parks and resorts are very reliable! In my many, many visits over the years, I've also never once rented a car and I do rely solely on Disney for transporting my family in to the parks and to our many Advance Dining Reservations that we make using our Disney Dining Plan!
You can expect each mode of Disney Transportation, whether it be bus, boat or monorail, to arrive at your pick up point approximately every 10-20 minutes. This
Complimentary Resort Transportation will take you from your Disney Resort Hotel into the parks, from the Parks to other Disney Resort Hotels and also to Downtown Disney and the Disney Water Parks.
It is recommended that you always allow for a full hour of total transportation time to reach your destination, particularly when dining. Keep in mind that you may need to use 2 modes of transportation to reach certain destinations, depending where you are traveling from!
If you have any questions about how to get from specific parks or resorts to your Dining Reservations, please write me back with those specific questions and I'll be most pleased to assist you!
You can also visit the link above which details the modes of transportation used to access the different destinations within the Walt Disney World Resort Property as a whole.
Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question Crystal!
I hope to hear from you again soon.
Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
Kirsten
