Coming down soon with 2 little ones, 2 & 5 yrs.old. I'd rather not get set up to watch a parade 1hr. beforehand...it doesn't matter if we have front row seats...Just wondering if we'll be able to see the parade from anywhere. No seats a bad seat

Hi Dawn!  I understand completely not wanting to try to entertain two little ones for an hour before the parade.

One of my favorite places to search out a spot is from the bridge going to Liberty Square up to Liberty Tree Tavern.  I often find a spot just outside the Christmas shop or across the street.  Parade crowds do get large but sometimes if you have little ones other adults will help them sneak up closer to the route to see.  We have also used our shoulders to give them truly an advantage over everyone else.  If you have a stroller you might be able to leave it with someone to secure your spot but that is iffy if the other guests are reliable to help you.  If you have two adults I suggest one stays at the spot while the other entertains the children until it is close to parade time.
