Coming down on a Sat and staying that night outside of Disney. We have park passes for Sun & will be staying Sun night thru Wed night at WLodge. Can I check into hotel on Sat evening to get my park pass for Sun & just be notified when rooms r ready?

    Hi there Georgina,

Wilderness Lodge is such an amazing place to call "home" on your Disney vacation!  You'll just fall in love with the rustically-elegant decor and relaxing, woodsy atmosphere!  I just really appreciate the fact that this beautiful resort is located a short boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom.

If you have booked a vacation package through the Walt Disney Travel Company, you are permitted to pick up your tickets the day before, but you won't be able to check into your hotel until Sunday morning.  On Saturday, you can visit any guest relations window, including the convenient Downtown Disney location to request early ticket pickup.  If you have a Dining Plan attached to your package, please be aware, you won't be able to begin using those benefits until your package officially begins on Sunday.

On Sunday morning, you can check in at Wilderness Lodge as early as you'd like and if your room isn't ready, you can store your luggage with Bell Services and request to receive a text when your room is ready!

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
