    We are coming down to the Orlando area on Nov. 27, but our resort stay doesn't start until Dec. 4th. Is it possible to have your magic bands mailed an address other than your home? Or how can I go about picking them up at check in

    Your Walt Disney World vacation is almost here. How exciting!

    You can use your My Disney Experience online account to order and manage your MagicBands. If you look in the "MagicBands and Cards" menu area, you'll see information on your MagicBand order and your Resort Reservation details. You'll also see prompts to customize your MagicBands. The steps will include confirming your shipping address or updating your shipping address. You'll want to keep in mind the timing of the process for ordering your MagicBands. You can customize your MagicBands at least 11 days before your check-in day, and those MagicBands will be shipped. You can customize your MagicBands between 10 days and 6 days before your check-in, and you can pick up those MagicBands when you check-in to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. If you choose not to customize your MagicBands or do not confirm your shipping address, you can pick up non-customized MagicBands when you check-in to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel.
