I’m sorry that the
My Disney Experience app is giving you some trouble. Technology sure can be fickle sometimes. Typically, when I have trouble with an app of any kind, I try deleting it from my device and then reinstalling. A lot of times, that will do the trick.
It sounds like you may have already tried that. If that’s the case, you may need to
get on the phone with the friendly and helpful Cast Members who offer tech support. You can reach them at (407) 939-4357. They may be able to give you some insider tips to sprinkle some virtual pixie dust on your problem.
