    Hi, We are coming down in June and on our first night we'd like to have dinner at T-Rex and then go see the Illuminations at Epcot. Whats the best way to get from Downtown Disney to the World Showcase? Thanks a million!!!

    The new T-Rex restaurant is fabulous.  It's an amazing place to spend an evening.  They even have a "Build-A-Dino" area (run by Build-A-Bear) that is so much fun!  My boys are hooked!

    My recommendation for getting to Epcot after your prehistoric meal is to catch a resort bus to the Yacht & Beach Club Resort.  From there, it's a short walk (5-7 minutes at a leisurely pace) to the International Gateway entrance of Epcot, and prime Illuminations viewing areas!
