we are coming down in february any ideas on something special for my 13year old son. we try to do something special for both of the kids and the 8 year old girl is easy lol.

    Hi, Rebecca!

Depending on your son's interests, you've got several options for something special "just for him."

A visit to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is a great option, depending on the dates of your trip.  You can search events by sport and date at Wide World of Sports. Entrance to this park is included on the Magic Your Way Ticket-Water Park and Fun & More Option; otherwise, entrance costs $14.50, for ages 10+.

If a Special Tour is more your son's style, take a look at those offered at various Walt Disney World parks.  Additional experiences, including snorkeling in EPCOT's 5.7 million-gallon tank, can be found by selecting Tours & Special Experiences on EPCOT's home page.

Next, there's the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage. Details about this experience can be found on Magic Kingdom's homepage, also by clicking Tours & Special Experiences;  I've included a direct link to the Pirates and Pals description for you.

Lastly, if your son is a "gamer," then an afternoon at DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park might be right up his alley! Here's the link to DisneyQuest's homepage.  Entrance to this park, too is included in the Water Park Fun & More Option; otherwise, entrance costs $37-$43.

I hope that these suggestions give you a few options that your son would love!  Please let me know if I can offer you any other tips for your upcoming trip!

    Have a most magical time!
