Greetings, Laurie! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I get groceries delivered each time we visit the Disneyland Resort because I love the convenience of having breakfast items and munchies in our room. I usually order through Vons, but that might be where you have tried before and had trouble with your Canadian credit card. I spoke with
Trish, a fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist from Canada, and she suggested that you might try Amazon Fresh. I checked their service areas and Amazon Fresh is available for delivery to the Anaheim area. If you have an Amazon account, you can order fresh food, beverages, and other items and have them delivered to your hotel. You can even source your selections from local markets. If this works out for you, be sure to list your name and the date you are checking in somewhere in the delivery address. If you are staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, Bell Services will store your groceries in cold storage (if applicable) until you are able to pick them up. You do not need to be present to receive your groceries unless alcohol is included in your order.
Another option would be to purchase a few essentials at shops/eateries in the Disneyland Resort Hotels.
White Water Snacks in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa has a nice selection of grocery items including single-serve cereal bowls, fresh fruit, milk, orange juice, luncheon meat, bread, bagels, peanut butter, jelly, and more. At
small world Gifts and Sundries in the Disneyland Hotel, you can buy a variety of snacks and even a bottle of wine!
I hope you have a marvelous visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
