we are coming to Disneyworld Oct. 15-22 and have a question regarding online check in 10 days prior. We booked through Southwest vacations and our reservation number isn't recognizable to the WDW website to check in online? Are we able to use this service?

Hello Christie, You are into single'll be at the most magical spot on Earth soon! How exciting! Online Resort check-in is a wonderful benefit offered to Disney Resort Guests. But the confirmation number needed to check-in must be a Disney supplied reservation code. Call the travel agent you worked with to book your trip to see if they can give you another confirmation number. If not, you will need to do a tradition check-in when you arrive on property. But no worries, this won't take away from any of the magic. Even those Guests who participate in online check-in still must visit the Front Desk before heading to their room. Hope this helps. Have a safe trip!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
