    HI! we are coming to DisneyWorld in 32 days!!!! i read that ToonTown is closed due to remodeling. :( Is there another roller coaster that is comparable to the Goofy one??

    Let the countdown begin!!!...oh, sorry, you already did that in your question. :)
    Toontown actually closed for good back in February to make way for the DOUBLING in size of Fantasyland. Even though it is believed that Goofy's Barnstormer will reappear in one form or another, it is not currently open.
    The next best rollercoaster option in Magic Kingdom would probably be Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. It is not too much for most young children although it is a bit longer and faster than Goofy's. Therefore, if your kids loved Goofy's Barnstormer, I say try BTMR. If, however, Goofy's was a bit much for them, I would not attempt the other. You know your kids best.
    The good news is that they could see BTMR in action before riding as most of it is outside, so the kids could make their own judgement.
