Hi there, Joe!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney. It’s an honor to help fellow Guests plan for their visits to The Happiest Place on Earth!
Your health and well-being are extremely important to the Disneyland Resort. So they want to make sure you get the most accurate and up-to-date information you need to make the best decisions for your dining needs. Because ingredients and methods of preparation may be updated frequently, specific menu item nutritional information is not available online or in the Disneyland mobile app. To seek out specific nutritional information for individual menu items at
Disneyland Resort dining locations, it is important to request it from the special diets-trained Cast Member available at each larger location on the day of your visit. That way, outdated information won’t accidentally be left behind and cause concerns for your diet needs.
In some cases,
special dietary requests may be made in advance for dining reservations at select restaurants by
emailing the Special Diets team. You may also ask the trained dieticians with that team other general questions about your specific needs while visiting the Disneyland Resort. If needed or desired, Guests are also welcome to bring
outside food and nonalcoholic drinks with them to the Disneyland Resort. Also, note that Guests who may require a space to safely store and/or refrigerate medicines, including insulin, may stop by the
First Aid location in each theme park.
Tony’s Tip: At select restaurants, look for the
DisneyCheck logo beside certain menu items. These selections follow special
nutrition guideline criteria for healthier choices.
Have a delicious time, Joe!
